Refund Policy
Checkout Republic is a done-for-you service: our team installs, configures, and customizes your checkout as soon as you sign up. Because that work begins immediately, all sales are final.
1. Implementation fee
The one-time implementation fee of $500 covers installation, configuration, Square connection, and checkout customization. It is non-refundable once you have placed your order.
2. Monthly subscription
The $50 monthly subscription is billed in advance and is non-refundable, including for partial months and unused time.
3. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time by contacting us. Cancellation stops all future charges and takes effect at the end of your current billing period; the Service remains active until then.
4. Chargebacks
If you have a billing problem, please contact us first — we will work to resolve it. If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer instead, a $200 chargeback fee applies and the Service may be suspended until the dispute is resolved.
5. Square processing fees
Payments from your customers are processed by Square under your agreement with Square. Square's processing fees, and any refunds you issue to your own customers, are handled in your Square account and are not covered by this policy.
